| Abstract: | Incubators are used as levers to stimulate innovation and entrepreneurship. Regarding entrepreneurship, the 3rd Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) report evaluated in the level of entrepreneurial activity in 29 nations. France, UK and Germany have similar rankings. The are all below the European average, appreciably behind the USA and far below the leaders: Mexico, Australia and Brazil. |
