Abstract:The study examines the utility of using two post training interventions. The two post training interventions are self-coaching and upward feedback that are designed to enhance the effectiveness of a formal interpersonal skills training program for new restaurant managers. The study was made analysing data from eighty-seven restaurant manager trainees. The findings reveal that both interventions were useful extensions to formal classroom training, because both enhanced the managers' interpersonal skills.
