| Abstract: | This study focuses on the role diversity professionals have in the development and implementation processes of equality and diversity policies in their organizations. As a method, in-depth qualitative research among British organizations is conducted. First, the analysis part identifies the actual diversity professionals. Then, their understanding of the concepts of equality and diversity is explored. Finally, their strategies to pursue these objectives are identified. |
