Abstract:The restaurant revenue management is quite uncommon although airlines and hotels have widely exploit revenue management. This article looks at the impact of implementing technology systems in order to improve the sales and profits of restaurants. The cost calculations, utility and ease of use aspects should be evaluated before adopting new technology. The conclusions of the paper reveal that technology systems can benefit both employees and customers. The restaurant achieves greater profitability and customers are satisfied with their dining experience.
