Abstract:The name brands of the world have enjoyed a relatively large share in China's markets, which poses a big threat to domestic ones. What is worse, take name brands are rampant nationwide. The dual blows plunges China's name brands in ordeals of life and death. As to develop China's name brands and implement the strategy of name brands is a complicated systematic project, the work in regard to wareness enhancing, theory, the legal system and strategies should be done at the same time. We must accumulate advantages in competition, foster the awareness of name brands, map out strategies of name brands, learn from international experience, popularize and protect name brands.
