| Abstract: | Under the present situation in our country, combination of production and circulation should be active and proceed systematically. Modern enterprise system should be set up, productive elements should be made up, and productive force should be durer stable developed. The combination course could be divided into three steps, they are short-term, middle-term and long-term. The objective combination should be promoted from the key to ordinary according to an objective condition, and its lever should be high from low. The combination way should be close from lose generally. |
