| Abstract: | The authors suggest that instead of searching for new business models, organisations can improve business practices by looking at different practices that lead to long-term success. First, a theory of wisdom is introduced. Second, the elements of wisdom are applied to the design of a general business structure and to refocusing some basic business practices. |
