Abstract: | Because of the differences in social system, economic management system and national situation, China's industrial statistical management system is different from Japan's. But they have common characteristics, i.e., both suit their own countries' economic management systems and serve the state's macro economic management. China's industrial statistical system features centralized leadership and unified management and thus enjoys the advantages like well-organized statistical organs and gurranteeing the collected statistical materials being complete and systematic. Japan's industrial statistical system is characterized by combination of concentration and deconcentration which is more stressed and enjoys the advantages like simplified organs, less level, quick delivery of materials and good actual effect. |
