| Abstract: | A research effort was undertaken to study factor that would encourage and limit business school students regarding their participation in international study programs. The sample of students came from a large, urban state university. Results indicate that personal factors were the strongest encouraging variables while financial considerations were the most limiting factor in the decision process. Subsequently, factors that would promote increased overseas study participation among the students were analyzed. |
