| Abstract: | Strategic, financial and tactical planning consume an enormous amount of time and effort in many companies. The author shows how top-performing companies have condensed this lengthy process and improved their strategic decision-making at the same time. The companies that will lead the way in making performance measurement a competitive advantage into the next millenium are those that have decreased the mean time to make informaed decisions, that is, they make better decisions faster. |
