Abstract: | Widespread concern about the future prospect of B2C companies has been triggered by many failures of such companies. Surviving and newly formed companies are re-evaluating their strategies and struggling to build a sustainable business model. It is examined in this paper, how customer value created through web site interface and advertising affects firm performance in an electronic commerce context. |
