| Abstract: | The article discusses the importance, history and development of management modelling. It explains why most management gurus tend to think there is only one right way, and how this leads to a four-square mentality. The paper critically examines several authors' views of the four-square mentality and evaluates how different cultures influence management styles. It analyses four-square models and concludes that other dimensions must be added in order to explore real European risks. |
