| Abstract: | This paper identifies major determinants of collective bargaining structure by comparing the results of two nationally representative establishment surveys for Britain and Germany. Findings show that similar variables play significant role in explaining the structure of collective bargaining in both countries (for instance establishment size and age and foreign ownership). |
