| Abstract: | Establishing socialist market economy is to have market under the macro-regulation and control by the state and playing its basic function of deploying resources. Market economy is a kind of economic running system which does not belong to the realm of basic social system; it is an economic system combined with certain basic social system. The basic feature of market economy is that it plays a fundamental function of resource deployment. In socialist market economy, the basic function of market to resource deployment is fulfilled under state macro-regulation and control. |
