| Abstract: | The process of social economy operation and resource allocation is a process of dynamic selection of economic system in which trading expense is the base. That is the real meaning of the Coase's theorem, which is also named the second Coase's theorem. The hypothesis of zero trading expense not only weakens the Coase's theorem, but also it is an extremely important part of the theorem. |
