| Abstract: | According to China's economic and social development plan, the basic targets of the reproduction of resources are as follows: The total output value of forestry industry will reach 10559.9 billion yuan in the year 2010. The grassland resources industry will have an artificial and improved pasture of 33.33 million hectares and 20 million hectares in stock by the year 2000. By the year 2020, China will turn the vicious ecological cycle to good one. By the year 2010, the minerals industry will realize paid use of mines and minerals and marketability of mine real estate and self- sufficiency of minerals at home. By that time, the marine resources industry will basically realize rational catch, establish a large nature preservation zone network and join in the international marine nature preservation zone network. |
