| Abstract: | When depletable resources are used for production it is important to know under what circumstances a constant positive consumption level can be reached. How do these circumstances change when resource extraction causes stock-dependent extraction costs? This paper tries to give answers to these questions by using Hartwick's model to the case of stock-dependent extraction costs. |
