| Abstract: | With the rapid development of economy, the price of real estate has risen by a big percentage, and the desire to make profits acts as one of the people's motives to speculate. The speculation causes confusion and unfairness of competition in the market. On the other hand, it improves the allocation of urban land resources, and makes good use of the land. In order to prevent the speculation, we should explore the land resources, strengthen the control over the real estate industry and perfect the tax laws of the real estate. |
