| Abstract: | This article examines partnership relationships between suppliers and distributors exploring how trust is gained, how it can be used for the benefit of the both, and how it can be built upon and maintained. The case examines the partnership relationship between a Canadian western red cedar distributor and a multinational wood products company. This case is a part of a larger study which explored distributor-supplier partnering relationships in the forest products industry throughout North America. |
