Abstract: | The authors attempt to determine if specific benefits delivered by a clothing/ accessories salesperson within the context of a long-term relationship have a positive impact on customer satisfaction, loyolty, word of mouth, and the proportion of total clothing expenditures the cusomer makes with the company. |
