| Abstract: | As the financial markets have become very sophisticated and new mechanisms and management tools are appearing regularly,the companies wishing to take advantage of the existing financial possibilities,need highly specialized and well-informed finance managers. In the last few years substantial evolution has taken place in three fields: cash management,foreign exchange hedging and medium term financing. To be able to follow the changes,besides the development of their own financial departments,companies should rely to a greater extent on banks which can offer highly sophisticated service to them in the field of Corporate Finance. into the distribution and promotion of products bearing their trade mark and more reasoned investment programs including the maintenance of trade marks. |
