| Abstract: | The number of enterprise-foundations has increased in the FRG recently, but from a qualitative aspect, these new enterprises were not very successful. The economic climate was not very good for them, and the economic parameters show that great risk was involved in these new establishments. It is not the primary mistake of a foundation-promotion-policy, because the main aim of this policy in the past was less a structure change than a social policy. This time the most important question of the promotion policy is that less or more market should be used. |
