Abstract:This report studies the European market for women's fragrances with particular reference to five key economies: France, Italy, Germany, Spain and the United Kingdom. The time series used is 1988-1992 for current trends with the inclusion of initial estimates for 1993 and market forecasts projected to 1998. Product coverage relates to women's perfumes, eaux de toilette and eaux de cologne. In many cases these are further segmented into eau de parfum and parfum de toilette.
