Abstract:The author states that there are two kinds of people in the world: those who believe there are two kinds and those who don't. Few will deny, however, there are men and there are women. Then the author answers the question if they might symbolize two faces of managing. One face can be described as more aggressive, more like medical cure. It can be called the yang face of managing. The other face more is more engaging, more inclusive, more like nursing care. It is yin, or feminine face, but practice also by men. Then the author describes the working day of two managers. Both were heading up small, rather well known organization in Paris.
