| Abstract: | This exploratory qualitative study is focused on the life and work experiences (here as: exps.) of Hispanic women (here as: H-w.) in managerial and professional positions. It is also expolored how those exps. influence the career possibilities (as: c-poss). Data from individual interviews of 1st-, 2nd- and 3rd-generation H-w. in the USA are used to illustrate a framework of c-poss. reflecting both cultural and personal perspectives. |
