| Abstract: | Whichever way is considered, the equality of rights is always linked with the advancement of women. How can a far-sighted employer contribute to this? The social dimensions and relationships of equalization of men and women are described and analyzed. A systematic industrial advancement program is proposed within the framework of an active personnel policy. The role of corporate culture in the process of advancement of women is examined. Seven special measures are listed. |
