| Abstract: | The Enron Corporation debacle is described and discussed in this paper. The business ethics background and leadership mechanisms affecting Enron's collapse and eventually bankruptcy are presented. The organizational culture at Enron is systematically analysed and it is demonstrated how the company's culture had profound effects on the ethics of its employees. |
