| Abstract: | This paper discusses the role of environmental values in corporate pro-environmental behaviour. Its findings are derived from empirical study done with the help of Q-methodology and with a Hungarian company as an example. The study shows that in order for achieving consistent pro-environmental behavior at companies, stable integration of environmental values into organizational culture is required. |
