Abstract:The aim of this study is to give an empirical basis for understanding how the cultural artifacts of technology and space to add to the creation of knowledge which leads to innovations. The methodology used in this paper is mainly empirical concentrating on the research gap that previous literature has on the aforementioned topic. In the empirical research 13 in-depth interviews are conducted and analysed from a creative organizations in the UK. Findings show the different ways that organizational space and technology improve the production of knowledge that transforms into an innovation.
