| Abstract: | This article introduces a new scale to measure executive servant leadership (henceforth as: l-ship). The literature on servant l-ship is reviewed and servant l-ship is compared to other concepts that share dimensions of ethical l-ship. The Executive Servant Leadership Scale (ESLS) is introduced, and its contributions and limitations are discussed etc. |
