Abstract:Emirates Airlines is one of the fastest-growing and most profitable airlines in the world. Yet the secret of its success is largely unknown outside the Arab world. The article aims to examine the factors contributing to Emirates' success, relating the company's creativity in seizing opportunities and solving problems. The article discusses how its success emerged from taking a non-traditional management approach.
