| Abstract: | A review of the simple analysis system developed by the United Services Automobile Association to provide financial and accounting information to divisional managers. The analysis covers a standard costing study, the financial objective, the use of standard forms, and the need to update the system. The authors stress that major executive level decisions need input covering product development, marketing, production, finance and employee morale. A standardized approach is advocated. |
