| Abstract: | There are four patterns for Chinese enterprises to go onto the Hongkong market. 1.by buying and selling. 2.by making use of investment fund. 3. by issuing stock of a Hongkong registered company which possesses or has purchased asset of mainland enterprise. 4.Chinese registered company going onto the Hongkong market directly. The main obstacles are the duties of management echelon to shareholders, the accounting system and asset evaluation and the settlement of legal disputes. |
