| Abstract: | HongKong Zhongce Investment Corporation set up as many as 100 joint ventures in the mainland of China between April 1992 and May 30, 1994, with a total investment of 250 million yuan. Plus the two years' distributable profits, reinvestment has exceeded 300 million yuan. Problems caused by the "Zhongce phenomenon", such as joint venture graft , deals of the property rights, change and innovation of systems, transformation of state enterprises with foreign funds, need to be clarified theoretically. |
