| Abstract: | In these ten, twenty years, H.K.'s economic development has shown two main orientations. One is the industrial frame change. In the beginning 1990's, H.K.'s economic frame change had been completed and the significance of the main industries had also been replaced by that of the service industry. Another is the market monopolization. Firstly it comes to the most fundamental oligopoly of the real estate market. Secondly the monopolistic development of the other aspects with H.K. market economy is getting worse and worse. We can get this picture clearly from the monopolistic tendency of the public utilities and some products on trade market. |
