| Abstract: | It is necessary for the inland enterprises to know more about Hong kong's present system of civil and commercial laws in order to carry out economic cooperation smoothly after 1997 Besides, the leaders and workers of the inland enterprises should pay attention to enhancing their awareness of commercial laws and reserve the people who know better Hong kong's laws and put them in important positions. To make the enterprises in both areas know better the other side's legal concepts, contents and operational state, enterprises' lawyers and legal counsels will play more important role in this line. The demand for the information on the other side's laws will become greater too. |
