| Abstract: | Hong Kong has made great achievements in economy. It is attributed mainly to its economic contact with its motherland's mainland. After Hong Kong's return to the motherland, the mainland's high-speed economic development will provide the most powerful guarantee for its economic boom and development. Under the forceful support of the mainland, the role of Hong Kong as the international financial, trade, shipping and commercial centre will be brought into play better, and in turn, the inland area would also obtain a lot of convenient conditions for its great economic development. The inland area and Hong Kong will certainly complement each other better in the future. |
