| Abstract: | The basic framework structure of relationship between securities markets in inland area and Hong Kong after 1997 is two independent securities market, two independent supervision and management organs and two exchanges which will operate independently. Suggestions on the central government's supervision and management of securities markets are as follows: adhering to the basic principle that inland area and Hong Kong conduct supervision and management and operate independently; quickening the pace of state enterprises' listing in market at Hong Kong; accelerating the legal construction of the securities market in inland area and perfecting the system of supervision and management as well as the structure of securities market there, decontrolling the listing and circulating of state shares and corporate shares and so on. |
