| Abstract: | For the financial services offered by Hong kong's banking industry to individual clients before, special emphasis was laid on depositing money, granting loans, preserving property, remitting money and exchanging foreign money and etc. Now every bank is trying its best to develop new services. Among them, the following ones have achieved good results: 1. credit service. It includes mortgage loans for building, private loans and banking overdraw. 2. trust service.
