| Abstract: | Market intermediaries in HK are characterized by their operation and supervision and are worth learning from. Those intermediaries have perfect structures and complete functions. They are supervised and controlled by government on a legal basis. They give full play to their advantages. There's a whole set of system relating to the identification of qualification, examination, practice and license for professionals. The supervisory and restrictive means are a combination of law and self-discipline, while the pricing system is a combination of free pricing and trade coordination. |
