Abstract:The paper describes the development process of subordinate influence ethics (SIE) measure, which measures the upward influence ethics strategies of professional subordinates within and across societies. It was created using both theoretical review and empirical research. Three dimensions of SIE can be identified: pro-organizational behaviors, self-serving behaviors, and maliciously intended behaviors.
