Abstract: | As credit research burgeoned last year there probably were analysts who could command seven-figure salaries. Demand is still high but supply is catching up. The best research houses are formalizing their approaches and a pecking order is developing. Last year skilled credit analysts were in short supply. Those with good reputation were in demand and moved rapidly from house to house. But it seems the bubble might have burst in 1999. |
