| Abstract: | Well developed administrative, human and technical skills are vital to effective role performance in today's high-technology organizations. The author shows how these skills can be developed in contemporary organizations as part of an ongoing functional process , without disrupting the current business. Managerial skills can be learned up to a 95% level through various methods which include: on-the-job learning, continuous education, technical fitness, and cross-functional involvement. Properly developed, these skills enhance the manager's leadership, technical and administrative abilities. |
