| Abstract: | The human side of R&D has been changing. Today, projects are highly interactive, from start to finish. Hierarchical structures are giving way to heterarchical teams made up of people from different disciplines, including marketing and production. It is noted that few people know how to dialogue. Ways in which dialogue can be used as a force for change in R&D teams are discussed. |
