| Abstract: | This paper explores the way in which to manage intellectual capital (IC) in order to assist organization to cope with dynamic challenges. Developed is an intellectual capital management capability (ICMC) model allowing for the management of an organization to realize the potential of IC through measurement of its IC maturity level. By using in-depth interviews with 25 chief executive officers (CEOs) of firms having high IC, this study aims at informing the readers of the preliminary work and on the way of measuring the maturity level of ICMC etc. |
