| Abstract: | Becoming international, markets demand a new quality of personnel development, especially a systematic and entire consideration including people, business, technology and market. The importance of right assessment of human resources is emphasized. It is shown that personal development is a process of mutual adjustment of employee and its job content. The general aim of this process is to develop professional , social and method-oriented skills of personnel. Ten guidelines are offered as an aid to personnel development. The role of training, retraining, job rotation and some other ways and instruments is highlighted. As a new challenge, the internationalization of business is considered. |
