| Abstract: | The major factors which restrict the scale of enterprise group are as follows: 1.The influence of old system over a long period of time, lead to extreme undeveloped of enterprise action in economic cooperation. 2.The hindrance of regional blockade. 3.Title relation and benefit relation are not clear and fair. 4.Not exercise policy guarantee. 5.Enterprise group's investment and technical development abilities at the core are universally weaker. |
