Abstract:Admitting to an unprofitable quarter is more popular than confessing to employing a person with AIDS - or at least it seems that way. Current corporate mentality appears to consider that employing a person with AIDS (PWA) is a "malady" worse than sexual harassment, computer fraud, employment discrimination, or insider trading. Our cultural, religious, moral, and ethical taboos typically exclude it from being discussed truly and openly.
