| Abstract: | The article presents the White Paper, 1998 in two parts. The part 1 deals with the present state of the world economy and the part 2 with world economy, especially related to Japan. In the article, the Paper is analyzed from the viewpoint of the trend in the world economy toward globalization. It also focuses on the international divisions of labour. In addition, it emphasizes trade policy. |
