| Abstract: | This article deals with research on the relationship btw. telecommuting (or 'telehomeworking') and a worker's perception of time pressure vs. when on-site at an office. Key variables include autonomy, gender, home obligations, overtime, and work-life balance. It is found that telecommuting practices have the potential to reduce time pressure etc. |
